Performance of 'Christmas Presence' on Dec 20th in Boston

Loving Christmas greetings to all of you! We invite you to enjoy a special event that will be given in The Mother Church on Sunday, December 20, at 1 pm (UTC 18:00) and webcast live to the world. Titled Christmas Presence, this unique Christian Science lecture includes songs, scenes from Israel, and spiritual insights about Christ Jesus’ life.

This Christmas season, enjoy a unique celebration of a universal story…
Synopsis of event:
From a natural shelter in the fields outside Bethlehem to the green fields of Galilee in northern Israel, retrace the healing light of the Christ from ancient times to the present day. An artistic collaboration between Christian Science lecturer Chet Manchester, and singer Julia Wade, Christmas Presence brings together songs, stories, and scenes from Israel in a one-hour event designed for interfaith audiences of all ages.
“It’s so easy to get caught up in the mad rush to the malls—the hunt for Christmas presents—while our hearts yearn for something more” say Manchester and Wade. “It’s the presence of Christ that is the real gift of Christmas—‘God with us.’ This is what Jesus’ life illustrated and what’s at the heart of our program.”
Christmas Presence will be webcast live from the historic 1894 edifice of The First Church of Christ, Scientist , in Boston, on Sunday, December 20, at 1 pm (UTC 18:00).
